Since purchasing the F450 in March, it has been in the shop on 5 separate occasions with multiple codes thrown and will not finish regen (has to be forced). Recently, an electrical issue was located and supposedly resolved only to have the engine light come on again, 2 weeks later, and now they have replaced the diesel filter. However, while on test drive before returning truck to me, the engine light came on again and now they are saying its another faulty sensor (damaged during replacement of the filter). At this point they have ordered another sensor (this is 2-3 one they have replaced) and I am once again without my work truck for another unknown amount of time, costing me time and money. This has been going on every 2-3 weeks since truck was purchased and Ford does not seem to "understand" what to do.
