When driving down the highway the truck will jerk and lose power. You just don't know when it will happen. The engine is still running and the transmission is in drive but you can't accelerate. You try to pull over to the side of the road. You push on the fuel pedal and no response. This has happened numerous times. You have to put the transmission in neutral, turn off the key, then start the truck again and put it in drive and go again until it happens again. This gets pretty scary when traveling at night and you shutdown. I have talked to my Ford dealer and they have no clue. They tried replacing numerous sensors, nothing worked. This happens whether pulling our 4 horse trailer or not.
