My 2022 F350 Dually has had vibration issue's from day one when I picked it up at the dealer, the vibration start at around 65 mph gets worse between 70 and 75 then starts getting better when above 80. So far the dealer has replaced 4 of the tires, replaced both rear axles and the both rear wheel bearings over the last year with no help. They said it's a known problem with 21, 22 and 23 models and only on duallys, this dealer now has 5 trucks with this issue with mine being one of the worse (the front passenger seat shakes approx 1").
When I pull our 5th wheel camper this does really dampen out the vibration and the dealer is thinking it might be the overload spring which was a new design starting in 2021, the Ford Engineer for this area has no other guidance for the dealer other than try to find a truck that is not having the vibrations so they can do comparisons.
