Buy a new $75,000 truck with all the warranties including the maintenance program all work has only been done at Ford. I took it in for scheduled maintenance and they come out and tell me I need new lug nuts due to swelling and it's going to cost $380 to replace them. Keep in mind Ford is the only people that have touched this truck.
This is my 3rd F350 from this dealer. We purchase a truck and a Ford car, this time it was the platinum explorer, every 5-6 years. We have been with Ford for a long-long-long time. This will most likely be our last Ford's we own I wonder how the Ford dealer will react when they've lost the sale of 2 vehicles over $380 worth of lug nuts .
They may not care but I'll know
