2020 F350 6.7L 10-speed. When slowing down or taking off in parking lot, the engine will hang at that RPM 1100-1400 and you have to mash the brake hard to slow it down. I took it to dealer three times and no fix. They say it is normal. It is not. They said they drove several new ones on the lot and that is the normal.
I even pushed the transmission lever into neutral and the engine would then stop revving and stop okay. There is definitely something wrong here, please help.
