The contact owns a 2020 Ford F-350. The contact stated that door latches on both sides of the truck have failed to properly secure the doors. The contact stated that the doors on both sides of the vehicle would shake while driving at various speeds. The dealer was notified of the failure and was informed that there were no recalls on the vehicle and was out of warranty. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and was referred to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was unknown.
The contact owns a 2020 Ford F-350. The contact stated that when the front passenger-??s side door was locked, the door could not be opened from outside the vehicle. The contact state that the door could only be unlocked by using the interior door lock mechanism. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who was unable to duplicate the failure. After retrieving the vehicle, the failure continued to occur. The contact was later informed by the dealer that the door actuator was likely the cause of the failure and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 34,000.
