The contact owns a 2019 Ford F-350. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed and hauling a trailer, the brake pedal was depressed with the "Wiring Fault on Trailer" message displayed. The contact pressed a button on the steering wheel and cleared the message. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was opened. The manufacturer advised the contact to take the vehicle to the dealer for service. The failure mileage was approximately 6,000.
