At 98,000 mi the heat and steering will quit working. It would act like it was turning on but wouldn't get warm. I had an extended warranty up to 100,000 mi so I took it in the Ford dealer to have them take a look at it. They said the steering wheel needed to be replaced - it was bad
As soon as mail back order now, but for waiting for several months and the vehicle now has 103,000 miles on it, but they still need to replace the steering wheel. It only cost me $100 under extended warranty. Without the warranty the steering wheel is $1,700 not counting the cost to put it in.
