Beautiful truck but not worth a penny when we're pulling our 14,000 lb fifth wheel. Shakes violently going up an incline at low speeds. Ford won't address the problem until we take it to a dealer. This drive shaft defect is well documented online but two dealers I called never heard of the problem. Another dealer said they could shim the drive shaft but it would vibrate when we're not pulling our trailer. I mentioned I'd read that some dealers have installed heavier drive shafts which fixed the problem but I was told we would have to pay for the repairs ourselves! 2016 F-350 Platinum, diesel, long box, 7500 miles, $68,000 and we're scared to drive it.
