Truck began to shake violently and did not stop shaking until I slowed to 20 mph. Safety risk of not being able to control the vehicle and having to slow on busy highway. The problem has not been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer. The components have not been inspected by manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others. No warnings or other symptoms.

The vehicle goes into a violent shaking of the front end and steering wheel (Ford death wobble). It has happened many times in the last two or so years. It can start at any time when the truck is traveling over 60 MPH but it is usually associated with a bump in the road. It usually stops when I slow to 40-45 MPH. I replaced the track bar ball joint and the steering stabilizer shock and the truck didn't shake for several months but now the problem has returned. When the problem started the truck was probably under 100,000 miles and now has a bit over 130,0000.

I have a 2015 F350 and I have experienced the "Death Wobble" I was hauling my 5th wheel RV and I was going 60 MPH and it felt like my entire front axel was getting ready to fall off my truck. I have my family of 4 in the vehicle. Both of my sons ages 8 and 3 years of age, my wife and myself. It was by far the scariest this I have ever experienced. Ford knows about the problem and still has not issued a recall. I am wanting to file a class action lawsuit.

On May 27, 2022, during a routine cleaning of the vehicle, cracks were discovered in both American Force wheel front tire rims. Cracks have developed in both front rims as shown in the attached photos. These dangerous defects represent a risk to the safety of the vehicle operator. On May 28, 2022 I took the vehicle to Discount Tire (a certified dealer for American Force wheels) in Clermont, FL for an inspection and evaluation. The technician who worked with me agreed that my assessment was correct and that a serious and potentially dangerous defect in workmanship or materials was present, and that it did possibly represent a risk to the safety of the operator.

3 times in the past year my 2015 F-350 truck started to wobble and shake increasingly after a slight bump at approximately 55 MPH. Once it started, it continued to increase instability and control of the vehicle. I immediately slowed and pulled over carefully to a stop and got out to examine the vehicle. There wasn-??t anything I could find externally that I hit that would cause the vehicle to react the way it did. I was able to continue driving without a repeat until several weeks later. This has happened 3 times in the past year.

When you get past 48 miles per hour the front end/steer shakes noticeably. Also, when you hit a bump/hole in the road it shakes so bad we have to pull over now. In calling to get it fixed the Ford repairman knew what we were talking about before we said anything, but stated there was no recall on it?? its dangerous!

While driving about 65-70 mph, I drove over an overpass transition on I-69 in houston, which was the equivalent of a small bump, and the truck began shaking violently. All loose belongings in the truck were slung around in the cab and eventually landed on the floor, including the driver area. The vehicle was hard to control, and other vehicles cleared away from me. The vehicle was hard to keep within my lane, and I swerved out of control from one lane to another. My wife drove the truck about 3 days later, and a very similar event occurred at a speed of about 55 mph on a Texas highway North of houston. She said the truck was very hard to control, and she was very rattled during the event. At work, we have many for super duties in our fleet, and the majority of those trucks have had similar issues, with less than 25K miles on the new trucks. We have added dual steering dampers to the fleet trucks and have not had an issue since. Ford's fix for the problem lasted 2-3K miles, and then the same problem returned. They replaced the steering damper with an oem steering damper.

This is not an isolated incident with our trucks, it's a nationwide problem that is very very dangerous. In a 10 mile ride it would happen 3-4X at 70 to 75mph hitting the slightest bump, the truck would violently shake. I would have to slow down to 20 mph for it to stop. Very difficult on a highway,

Between 65 mph and 80 mph the whole truck starts shaking if you come across uneven surfaces causing the truck to almost become uncontrollable speeds have to be reduced to 30 mph to regain control I have had alignments new tires and have had all steering and suspension parts inspected everything is tight apon research several Ford owners seem to be having the same issue and no one is not even Ford is trying to correct this issue. Death wobble going at high rate of speed on interstate and truck began to wobble violently after hitting bump on road, only fixed by extreme slowing down. This is an unacceptable issue that Ford needs to fix, I had my family in truck at time.

Death wobble many times. Vehicle is completely out of control. Not cool in heavy traffic on way to boston (65 mph). Tires are properly inflated. Vehicle has been having problem since 45,000 miles and now has 55,000 miles on it. Dealer has only made "suggestions" on what to do to correct problem. Worried I will be killed or kill someone when driving this vehicle.
