I just paid White Ford $400 to replace a Mass Air Sensor that only took 5 mins. They charge an outrageous amount to read the computer in reference to the problem $110.00. I had to pick up the part and deliver for them to replace since it would take 4 more days to get my truck back. To add more they told me I have a coolant leak in the engine and they would have to pull the turbo and research the leak. What pisses me off is I took this truck to Spradley on two different time and told them I could smell coolant. Their response was well your coolant is low and added some and turn off the engine light. Now that the truck is off warranty the truck has major problems. I paid to have an extended warranty for what? Ford dealerships just take advantage of people. I won't buy another FORD and I will tell everyone I know why not to buy a FORD.
