I too like several others on this site have had my front suspension go almost completely out of control when hitting a chug hole at 70 mph and bounce almost uncontrollable. It almost caused a sever accident. The front end bounces and vibrates so hard the truck literally bounces not only up and down but from side to side uncontrollably. Examining the front suspension 4 wheel drive axle. It appears there is some sort of plastic boot that is broken on both side of the axle. This truck has never been taken off road and only highway interstate/highway miles driven.. No reason for those to be broken unless defective.. This is a $70K piece of crap truck... This is also the third $50K plus truck Ford has screwed me on... Other two were 6.0 diesel engines that basically fell apart after 100K miles.. 3 strikes your out Ford.. Hey Ford..... Wanna send one of your Engineers down to go for a ride with me in it ? I'm sure I can duplicate the issue for you... That's if you care, which I doubt.. Contact me via my email...
