Driving North on HWY 67 south of Graham, TX, steering went out towing a 30 ft goose-neck trailer with motorcycle and pickup truck on trailer. Roads were wet from rain, speed limit was 75 MPH. I reduced speed to 60 MPH and ruts in road were causing truck and trailer to sway back and forth. Suddenly steering went out, truck pitched to the left, then snapped to the right jackknifing rig. Slid off road backwards with trailer side ways hitting an embankment, trailer rolled over motorcycle and pickup truck loaded, trailer ripped the back of truck up and bent frame. Passenger in my truck broke her clavicle bone and had slight concussion from hitting side window and seat belt restraints pulling across bone. The headache rack on back of truck saved us from trailer coming all the way around and taking top of truck off and or folding into cab area. I bought truck used, did not know of recalls on steering box till after the fact, truck was never fixed before I got it.
