Engine is the 2.7 Ecoboost and is becoming louder and louder with many ticks and sounds whether you are driving or idling the vehicle at a stop light. Every morning the engine ticks and revs very high and emits huge billowing white smoke from the exhaust whether it-??s warm or cold outside. Believe the engine is needing to be replaced in the upcoming recall from ford for the exact engine.
Since I bought this 2007 Ford F 350 I've had nothing but problems fuel pump injectors egr cooler fuel filters brakes the truck has been in the shop three times since I've had it now I'm praying dont anything else go wrong what a waste.;
The contact owns a 2007 Ford F-350 tdi. The contact stated that while driving 35 mph, the vehicle stalled without warning. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where the technician diagnosed that the injection pressure regulator was defective and needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was repaired. The failure and current mileage was 86,000.
