ok have a 07' f350 with the 6.0 diesel, put a trailer behind it and it blows out coolant. i first realized it when the radiator cracked its not covered under warranty so i replaced it. so it starts pushing coolant out the degas tank was told get a new cap i did, it still blew out coolant so ok there is something wrong nothing simple so i take it to ford full tank of fuel the truck had also started missing they replaced some injectors and for the coolant problem put on a new cap, i told the guy i had already done that (he tells me they can be new and still be bad if it still does it let us know )i get in my truck go pick up a trailer and by the time i got home had lost almost half a gallon of coolant oh and the truck i dropped off full of fuel was bone dry! at over 100.00 per tank didnt like that much. i called the dealer they said just droop it off again and it will go back in line to be looked at (last time this was weeks)so i called a different dealer they said bring it and it might be a couple of weeks. so i took it over it sat there for over a month and a half. go buy the dealer to check on it (well we dont want to work on it we think it needs head gaskets but when we submitted our claim ford warranty said that some of the work was already done but that it had not been done!so you need to take it back were you had it last time errrrrrrrr! so i did now it been back there for weeks and they told me they couldnt find anything wrong with it come get it so i told him put a trailer on it, he sayes we cant do that so i said im going to bring a trailer and show you, i take a trailer change trucks once again the truck is bone dry errrrrr. at the gas station i check the coolant and sure enough coolant is coming out around the degas cap. i call the dealer ask so should i just bring it back he said yes so i head back pull in pop the hood coolant every were coming out the degas tank cap the service manager walks over and basicaly starts drilling me if its modified i told him it has an air filter. so after his close inspection he agrees it not modified! so then i keep calling to check thinking it going to get fixed, they ask for oil change records so i get them that, keep checking on the truck no luck yet! so im mad i call the warranty co to be told that the dealer said i dont have records and there is no problem! #$%^@##$%^%^$$##. so after i get mad they hang up on me .im so sick of this its been six months since the problem started with my truck ,its been in ford shops for 3 months why wont ford warranty fix my truck??????????
