My Tach, speedo,radio, power windows no longer work. fuses seem fine. Is there a fuse or relay that is before panel that I can replace? I have no idea where it is located.

2. Sometimes the gages will go crazy. Sometimes they don't.
3. Sometimes the truck starts right up. Sometimes it has to be put on a charger.
4. Sometimes the windows would role up & down, now they won't. Can't use it when it's raining because the front windows are stuck about 3 inches down.
5. Checked fuses per one suggestion. Fuses fine.
6. Check mother board with tester. Contacts fine.
7. Regular diesel mechanic has heard of this happening & won't touch it.
