Within first 60 days after purchase, vehicle began to make thumping noise in floorboard after start of engine, after continued operation of vehicle out of necessity it began to have front end vibrations at 70 mph as well as a vibration during slow speed sharp turns. I am currently unable to take vehicle to be serviced due to lack of a second vehicle (see ODI# 757078). Asked for assistance from dealership (jack roach Ford houston tx) who contacted regional rep. Was told by dealership that the rep would not provide any assistance because I have a vehicle (ODI# 757078) that is available to me. Problem is unresolved due to my requirement for transportation and Ford Motor Company regional representative's vindicative efforts due to ODI# 757078.
