Simply put in physics terms the front end goes into unwanted resonant vibration where the trunk is out of control. This has benn reported to the dealer and Ford customer service. They do not understand what unwanted resonance vibration is. The trunk is out of control and the driver has to use the emergency brake to slow the truck till the vibration goes away at about 30mph.
