This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
01/2016: Vehicle was being driven home from work when there was a loss of engine power. Vehicle was able to roll to a stop in the parking lot of a church. Later it was determined this resulted from failure of #7 cylinder injector unit, believed to have failed due to delamination inside of fuel tank. About 02/23/2014, 207980 miles: Fuel tank had been removed and internal screens cleared due to the engine stalling while driving prior to injector failure. Internal pick-up tube screens were blocked with delamination material from the inside of the tank. Two new fuel pumps had been purchased and installed prior to cleaning the internal pick-up screens. I have receipts for work and parts relating to the fuel system problem.
