While driving on a flat surface at 15mph, the vehicle lost its clutch. Making it hard to stop the vehicle. Dealer notified. The consumer stated that the roll pin that holds the hydraulic line to the slave cylinder on the clutch had come out and the line dropped down. (no clutch)
Clutch pedal will not return when applied. Vehicle taken to dealer, and was informed of a yoke failure. Repairs were made at consumer's cost. Dealer stated that this is not an uncommon problem. Replacement parts were from Ford, consumer is concerned why failed yoke is not a manufacturer defect.
Manual transmission clutch rod cylinder broke while shifting to make a turn. Was going only 25mph on a back road. Was able to restart vehicle and drove it home. Had it towed to dealership, and mechanic could not find cause of breakage, but was able to replace rod and slave cylinder.
