Consumer stated the rotors failed prematurely, which also caused the brakes to fail, when dirt was between the brake and the inside of the rotor, it caused premature wear, and the caliper became in contact with the rotor which created a metal to metal contact.
At 35000 miles left hub assembly went out. Dealer told consumer when axle hub assembly went out it caused bearings to get really hot, and could possibly start a fire. Consumer stated at 35,750 mile vehcile's right/ left hub assembly and rotors had to be replaced. Consumer stated that at 66,000 vehicle needed another left hub assembly.
Brake rotors repeatedly warp. First time, dealer covered under warranty at 12937 miles. Second time, dealer claims that warranty repairs for brakes are not covered after 12000 miles. Air conditioner totally failed last summer--so far working ok.
Every 20,000 miles rotors went out. Front end bounced around, and stopping distance had increased. This was the 3rd time that rotors wore out. Dealer said it was because of improper braking.
Brake rotors keep warping causing cyclic loading and possible fatigue failure to steering and braking components. Design change has been made to recent production, old units are still defective in design and/or manufacture.

When applying brakes at high rate of speed, driver will feel a vibration, at low speed a pulsation will occur underneath the pedal. Dealer has cut rotors three times and replaced rotors three times.
Headlight switch failed unexpectedly, going to work. Brakes pulsate when applied at all speeds, dealer cut down rotors at apporox. 23,000 miles...I asked if they had any others need cut at that mileage, he stated was probably due to rust...I purchased this truck only 4 weeks after build date, and it does not sit...truck continues to have a pulsating brake, and is hard to stop.
