Lumbar seat adjustment knob design too large, interference when passenger exiting vehicle (dress caught) causing injury when consumer was hanging from dress. Mjs
The driver's cabin seat location is off center which causes the steering wheel to be off center, and misapplication of the brake and gas pedal. Also the driver's seatbelt is too far back. Dealer is aware of the problem, but no solution.
