The contact owns a 2021 Ford F-250. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the brake became inoperable. The contact stated there was brake fluid was gushing out from the driver's side front of the vehicle. The contact was able to stop the vehicle by safely getting to the shoulder of the roadway. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 42,100.
