The contact owns a 2020 Ford F-250 equipped with Cooper tires, Tire Line: Discoverer M+S, Tire Size: LT275/55/R20, DOT Number: UTOTXNR2716D13L. The contact stated while her husband was driving and towing a 17-foot RV, while making a right turn, the vehicle began vibrating. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The driver continued driving to a nearby gas station and noticed that the rear driver-??s side tire had a bump on the outer side of the tire. The driver decided to continue driving the vehicle to his destination with the faulty tire. The contact stated that her husband drove the vehicle to a tire shop and had all the tires inspected. The tire shop replaced both rear tires. The contact stated on 1/15/2022, while her husband was driving 40 MPH and towing the 17-foot RV, the vehicle experienced the vibration again. The driver continued driving to his destination with a faulty front driver-??s side tire. The contact stated on 1/17/2022, her husband drove the vehicle to another tire shop and had all the tires inspected. The tire shop replaced both front tires. A dealer was not contacted. Upon investigation, the contact associated the failure with NHTSA Campaign Number: 19T005000 (Tires) however, the tire line was not included. The tire manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
