Some animals broke out both of my passenger windows and the alarm system did not go off. I contacted the local dealer, Autonation Ford. The customer service rep checked with a tech and told me there was definitely a problem. As soon as I mentioned Ford owed me for the windows... boom.... wouldn't take any more calls, etc. Even Ford's famous national customer service doesn't feel it is a problem.
