The contact owns a 2019 Ford F-250. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the 360-degree camera had poor visibility due to fogging from the camera lenses. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the dealer attempted to clean the camera lenses however, the failure recurred. The dealer informed the contact that the RBC cameras needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact to take the vehicle to a dealer for diagnosis and repair. The failure mileage was 68,000.
