I am getting a death wobble. I bought it in to the dealership around 50 thousand miles on the truck and asked them to check in to this. They told me I need to change the tires. Which I did and I rotate them every 5,000 to 10,000 miles. I was driving down the highway to night at 70 mph which is the speed limit. I was in a transition from the freeway to bride and that little bump put me into a death wobble. I had no control of the truck which the steering wheel shakes violently and the whole truck shakes. The only way to get it to stop is bring to a dead stop. Which I had to do on the freeway almost getting rear ended by a semi truck. This was the final straw. It happen to me 2 times more on the way home. Luckily there was no one behind me. I know I am not the only one experiencing it. Ford has been giving me the run around. I am afraid every time that I hit a bump its going to happen. I paid a lot of money for this vehicle and it is unsafe for road use. I don't know what to do if I sell it I will lose money. This needs to get addressed very soon before some one is killed or I am killed behind the wheel.

Backup camera cuts in and out goes to blue or black screen intermittently or does not come on at all. From park to reverse. This has been happening on and off over the last 5 months. Appears to be getting more frequent as time goes on.

Upon hitting a bump in the road at highway speeds the truck started shaking in the front end. In another instance I was accelerating to highway speeds and the truck started violently shaking at about 65mph, steering was difficult I had to slow down and stop on the shoulder for it to stop. I was able to start driving again after slowly accelerating along the shoulder then merging back into traffic. I noticed that it appears whenever I even hit a minor road defect I feel a slight vibration.

My 2016 Ford F250 produced a check engine light. Per an obd tester the code P20ba is produced. This corresponds to the diesel reductant fluid pump assembly. Upon online research this normally corresponds to the heater which heats the diesel exhaust fluid failing. Upon further research Ford extended the warranty on older models of this truck, evidently from 2011 through 2015. From other's experiences it appears the problem continues into the 2016 model year however there is no extended warranty coverage. As the vehicle model of 2016 is similar to the 2011-2015 models I believe coverage should be extended to the 2016 models as well. The check engine light came on today upon starting my vehicle on 1/17/2020.

High way speeds very bad shake. Death wobble. Need caster set more on a 2.5 - 3 degree. Everything is stock on this truck and as much as I paid for it I as sure wasn't expecting that to happen. I had to pull of the highway and stop completely and then gradually gain speed and avoiding hitting egg yokes dividing lanes. That would set it off running 55 to 60. My mechanic is the one who told me about the caster adjuster. I don't want to void my warranty much less have to buy something that should've been already installed on this beast of a truck.

There was a black dually Ford F250 that was traded in about a month ago to carmax or carvana. The registered owner was (xxxxx) from santa maria, ca but the vehicle was driven to Transport cars by (yyyyy)B/D 3/3/82 owner of white lightening Transport llc. This truck had well over 300K miles and mr (yyyyy) had the milage turned back at least three times. I believe it stated about 37K at trade in. He met the dealer on 166 and had to pull over to program the check engine light right before trading it in. I am not sure of the trade in date or vindication but I'm positive the mileage was turned back 3 times that I am aware of. He took it for oil changes and new tires so somewhere he had to slip up and the mileage was logged. Not positive of the trade in date but it was recent parts of this document have been redacted to protect personally identifiable information pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

Vehicle has a hopping that occurs at speeds of 40-80 mph, have tried several remedies, none of which work. Hopping sensation is so severe that I would be worried to put children in the back seat of the vehicle. Manufacturer is aware of the problem, has a tsb in an attempt to remedy the problem. The manufacturer number of the tsb is 16-0087. Manufacturer claims issue is caused by frame flex. No known fix for the issue. Engine also has a consistent issue of putting diesel fuel into the engine oil, manufacturer also claims this issue is "normal"

Since the day I purchase this truck new I have a vibration from the rear of the truck. I took itt to Ford two times each time they told me it was normal. That's second time that I took it in the service manager road in the truck and felt the vibration and said that it was bad. They kept the truck for 24 hours and then called me and told me it was normal. They said these trucks were made to carry weight that's the reason why it vibrates. This is also a four-door truck which carries passengers. The vibration is so bad that if there was a baby in the backseat sleeping it would not be able to sleep. The vibrations thoughts about 60 miles an hour on the highway. They started happening from the day I purchase the truck in December 2016.

Has a hissing sound under the passenger side, has been giving us upset stomachs and sometimes head aches, just plain sick feeling, when the ac and defrost are on. Also from end ABS seems to engage when going around a bend and then supposedly the auto correct kicks in and tries to correct the truck pulling steering wheel. Was told they tested one truck and it did it one time, this is after they put in countless hrs on labor plus a $1000 into a new steering column and determined that it is normal operating condition. Didn't buy it for this god for sake noise. As for the hissing, told me to detail the truck and that they were not going to do anymore for this. This has been going on since the first week of buying this truck. Over and over to the dealership, they keep putting new parts on. If this is normal operating conditions, than why don't they know what to replace and keep putting more test and parts. No answer on the hissing sound and very very rude managers at dealership.
