Front positioned airbags did not deploy during front end collision. Substantial damage incurred to front of vehicle - given the force of the impact, air bags should have deployed. Vehicle has in motion on a state highway. I was traveling approximately 55 mph before seeing a stopped vehicle in the roadway. Very little time to apply brake before impact.
