Sync is more of a pain in the ass than it is worth, In order to get Bluetooth in my Lexus I press a button and keep it on. In ford I have to press a button and say "BluetoothAudio" ever time I turn the key on. Half the time it does not understand me.
If the phone is in use it takes an absurd amount of time to hold the phone button in to disconnect the phone.
I've been buying and driving ford trucks for over 30 years. This is my 4th new truck in the last 17 years, I will go elsewhere next time if sync is not removed or fixed.
