Just had my 3rd egt failure while driving in the fast lane at 70 mph, I'm very lucky to be alive. The truck shutdown. I had to change lane in front a semi truck. Some day someone will die from this issue. The truck should not stop working, even if egt is failing. Common sense of safety.
