The dealer advised that the vapor box design was defective and caused the vapor box to collect dirt, blocking the vapors. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 98,000 and the current mileage was 117,000. Updated 04/03/13 the consumer stated when filling the gas tank the fuel spill out onto the ground and the person fueling the tank.
