The engine started to make some noise and lost some power. Took it into the dealership to have it looked at and they said that the repair bill (catalytic converter and engine both need to be replaced) will be around $9,000.00. Pretty bummed out that it happened. On to look for another truck because it isn't worth the bill. A buddy of mine had the exact same truck and it happened to him as well with the same exact engine and it quit working for him around 160,000 miles on it. Common problem?
