Took the truck in for service, mechanics at Friendship Ford in Bristol TN/VA could never find the problem. Driven Ford trucks for most of my adult life, and never had a problem until now. Dealership no help at all, they advertise tires for life, as well, but all service must be regularly performed at their service bay....I complied fully, but when the time came for new tires, all I got was the run-around. I got screwed, and BIG time. Just had to report their rip-off, sales incentive bullcrap so that hopefully nobody else gets screwed by Friendship Ford (the name's ironic, ain't it?). They wont even apologize for their inefficiency, as a matter of fact, they had a speech memorized as to why they couldn't honor their "tires for life" agreement. My brother bought a truck from them a week after I did, and he's already had a new transmission put in, and they haven't honored his "free tires" request either. Poor service, a lack of morals, and poor character, it's a sick, sad world.
