This is the 5th time I've had problems with the wiring harness - it is brittle and is starting to cause shorts in the wiring as well as the components of the truck. This is a 6.0L which I know has problems, but this has cost me 3 FICM'S 3 PCM'S AND A WHOLE NEW SET OF SENSORS. Well, it did it again now - it's takin out the ICPR or so I think I'm not sure anymore and frankly I'm getting sick of this. Is there a recall on these parts? Did Ford know about the problems, and if so why would you use such cheap s***. I'm on my last leg here - Bob Hurly Ford in Tulsa is as corrupt as a politician and I know there have been recalls but I've yet to receive any from this dealer or Ford for that matter I would like to find out what I can do. I have rewired it 3 times and wrapped it with thermal style cloth tape, as well as taken other precautions to insure this wouldn't happen again - but now the wires themselves are breaking and shorting out the harness and other useful components such as the ICPR and the IPR.
Help, anyone...
