I purchased this truck on Sept. 15th of 2006 and on Dec 11th I took the truck to the dealership due to the truck would not start anymore. When they diagnosed the truck they said it was a cracked turbine that they had
found so they replaced the turbo along with the turbo drain tube. When trying to start it, the truck wouldn't start so they looked deeper into it and found out that it might be the PCM and then replaced that. After trying to start it again, they failed at each attempt. The Ford engineer then looked into it and now is saying that the small block on this diesel engine has to be replaced.
The extended warranty has denied all claims on this vehicle due to the facts that the components changed on the truck aren't components that are covered under their warranty. Team Ford in Humble Texas
is now trying to charge almost 14000 more for the job in which they have done. I have only had this truck for two months before all this happened to it. Please assist me with this situation.
