Drivers side door latch will not latch closed after opening the door from the inside. In order for the door to latch in the closed position I have to reopen the door from the outside then and only then will the door stay closed.
Passenger side, factory installed, running board broke into three pieces. Two of the pieces fell off the vehicle causing my wife to fall to the pavement in the yuba city, ca post office parking lot. My wife was injured in the fall.
The contact owns a 2004 Ford F-250. The contact stated that the brakes failed. After inspecting the vehicle, the contact discovered that the frame rail and undercarriage were completely rusted. In addition, the exhaust manifold was corroded and there were fumes entering the cabin of the vehicle. The rear plates for the parking and emergency brakes were also completely rusted. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer for inspection or repairs. The manufacture was made aware of the failure. There were no recalls for the vehicle. The failure and the current mileage was 59,000.
