: the contact stated while driving at 55 mph the vehicle hit a patch of black ice and fish tailed. The vehicle went out of control, flipped end over end and landed in the median. The passenger and driver were not wearing seat belts. The driver died as a result of injuries sustained in the accident and the passenger sustained minor injuries. The airbags did not deploy.
