When accelerating, driver noticed an extra sound from the engine (like a spark knock). Examination revealed that multiple bolts (both manifolds) had broken off resulting in the sound. Has this happened to anyone else's F250 Triton V-10? mileage is 60,000 and vehicle is well maintained and not abused.
White smoke entered inside the vehicle, the consumer shut the vehicle off and restarted it, however the smoke appeared again, the vehicle was towed to the dealer.
Exhaust fumes were entering car, and consumer was breathing in fumes. Dealer could not find cause. 2200 miles later, consumer took car back for same smell, and dealer stated it was a gasket leak.
