i was involved in a collision on US30 3 miles west of Rainer Oregon. where I struck another Ford truck while cruising at 55 mph. The vehicle I struck pulled in front of me, my vehicle was severely damaged in the front end and the steering wheel and lower dash panel injured me.,
On July 28th around 3:00 am there was a storm earlier in the night and a tree top fell into the road and I wentto apply the brakes they locked up causing me to fish tail and lose control spinning around twice making me strike a tree and spin back around and nose dive down and embankment and land on all four wheels messed up the front bumper left fender left door cracked windshield and completely wiped out the bed.
Consumer was driving approximately 20-25 mph and was involved in a collision. Upon impact, the air bag did not deploy. Consumer will provide VIN. # at later date.
