Vehicle will not run, or even just idle at a proper idle r.p.m. It appears to be a fuel management issue? I have taken to Ford and they told me it needs a new brain P.C.M. They charged me $600, replaced brain, and no improvement what so ever. Then the dealership tell me at Tomball Ford, if you pay us $1,500 to trouble shoot, we will tell you the problem with your engine! I have no codes due to battery went dead, you need vehicle to go thru a drive cycle to be able for computer to register a code. I have dropped fuel tank, replaced fuel pump, cleaned out tank, re-installed gas tank, replaced mas air flow sensor, replaced both in line fuel filters, dpfe, checked for leaks in vacuum lines, replaced some old lines, new spark plugs, new spark plug wires. I need to get this van back on road, I do handyman home remodeling here in Houston. Been very difficult to work out of a small station wagon, as opposed to a 3/4 ton van! I am a veteran with limited financial resources, and if anybody knows some type of repair procedure to get this van running, I am all ears! I will never buy FORD again!
