While starting vehicle, and soon after shifting into second while clutch was still depressed, driver's back seat released, causing consumer to lay down. As a result, consumer's foot released clutch, and vehicle started to travel forward while consumer was still laying down. A faulty bolt caused failure and caused lumbar brace to break welds, consumer was told he would be reimbursed, however was later refused due to mileage.
Bushing from clutch pedal linkage to clutch master cylinder failed causing the master cylinder plunger rod to slip off pedal linkage. This engages clutch causing unexpected vehicle lunge.
Owner states while driving vehicle the slave cylinder is defective which causes the vehicle to stop at any time. Owner also notes that this part has been replaced 3 different times and the problem still occurs. The plastic around slave cylinder melts.
Upon approaching a hill it is very hard to disengage the cruise control. Please describe in more details, consumer has contacted the dealer, dealer states that it is normal operation.
