The contact stated that the vehicle had been repaired under NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V509000 (Parking Brake) in November 2023 and related the failure to the recall. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was 8,762.
The contact owns a 2023 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the instrument panel and display screen went blank at every one and a half miles. The Parking Brake and Front Camera Malfunction, Clear Screen messages were displayed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that the instrument panel needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but did not assist. The failure mileage was approximately 1,170.
