- Summary
- Some 2022-2023 F-150 Lightning vehicles with the platinum trim level may exhibit a lower than expected vehicle range reading in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) after charging to 80% or higher using a level 1 or level 2 alternating current (AC) charger. This may be due to software in the secondary on board diagnostic module C (SOBDMC). To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram various modules starting with the (SOBDMC).
