Ford TSB #SSM 52100
2022 Ford F-150 Lightning
TSB Document:
Affected Component: EQUIPMENT
- Summary
- Some 2021-2023 F-150 vehicles equipped with autowipers may exhibit an inoperative rain-sensing wipers feature, even when the feature is turned on in the Vehicle Settings menu. This may be due to the software level of the steering column control module (SCCM). To correct this condition, reprogram the SCCM using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) located under the SW Updates tab. For claiming, use causal part 3F791 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
