- Summary
- Some 2021-2022 F150 vehicles may experience buttons or screens overlapping in the center display screen after an accessory protocol interface module (APIM) over the air (OTA) update. This may be due to an incomplete or partial OTA download. The APIM software update that addresses this concern may have been sent via Ford Power-Up software updates delivered OTA to connected vehicles that have automatic updates enabled through the center display screen. It is recommended that customers that have experienced this concern verify automatic updates are enabled and that the vehicle has been run long enough to receive updates via OTA. If the problem still persists after the vehicle has been run, use the Report a Vehicle Concern link at the bottom of the OASIS report and fill out the form.
