TSB Document:
Affected Component: POWER TRAIN
- Summary
- Some 2021-2023 F-150 vehicles may exhibit DTC C0604:00 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). This may be due to firmware within the left and/or right active air dam (AAD) actuator. To correct this condition, perform normal workshop manual diagnostics and if the concern is still present, replace the right and left AAD actuators. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM) Section 501-19 Bumpers, Diagnosis and Testing, Active Air Dam (AAD). For claiming, use causal part number 17626 and applicable labor times from Section 10 of the Service Labor Times Standard Manual.
