The contact owns a 2022 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, an abnormal fume leaked into the interior of the cabin from the catalytic converter. In addition, upon further inspection, the contact noticed an unknown leak from the exhaust gasket. The contact sustained headaches however medical attention was not sought. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where it was diagnosed that the suspension, driveshaft, and other unknown repairs were needed. The contact was advised by the local dealer that the failure was related to an unknown TSB. The vehicle was repaired however, the failures reoccurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.
