Pro onboard power not available after d&d ford serviced.

Sick and tired that every time the truck has been serviced at D&D Motors in Greer SC the local Ford dealer, I have gotten it back with another problem I didn't have before and I have to get it back there at my own expense with no replacement transportation. This includes when it was towed in due to the loud explosion noise and then static scaring the crap out of me and rendering the truck unsafe to drive. At that point they had it for a week to also address the Ford recalls and several other problems. Went to pick it up and they were not able to fix/duplicate the noise from the rear I described in detail how and where and when it was noticeable. I even mentioned to Evan that it sounded like a fuel pump. He told me he searched some boards with Ford and couldn't find any similar complaints.

I had Evan, the service advisor accompany me to the truck and walked by it EXACTLY how I detailed and he FINALLY heard the noise. Was told by him that Ford's software updates sucked. Arranged with him to leave the truck while I was out of town to resolve the noise AND to fix the problem I now had (Did not have this before taking it to D&D Motors)of the running boards not deploying and lights turning on when approaching the truck. D&D Motors had the truck over 3 weeks and admit and apologized for dropping the ball to fix the noise (even after reminding them-apparently left it sit til I reminded them I was returning and NEEDED the truck). They R&R the tank and replaced the fuel pump which was making the noise. The truck now after fill up only shows 7/8 of tank (Tried it 4X at different stations-same thing) Also randomly, the gauge shows zero miles to empty. On January 26,2024 D&D Motors of Greer SC sent a Tech to the house to fix a flickering light recall. After that time I got a notice that the Onboard power was unavailable and the Check engine light illuminated.(this has gone off and on several times) I contacted Dustin the service manager and I was told I would have to drop it off for them to fix their screw ups!

I requested a loaner or rental paid by Ford. I was told I couldn't have either of those. I was also denied pick up and delivery of the truck since the last time they dropped the vehicle off (1-9-2024) the drivers left it in the middle of a 1 1/2 inch puddle and I did not give them favorable feedback when given a survey. Contacted Ford Customer DISservice 3-18-2024 and spoke to several people, Frederica, Ursula and they ALL had the same stance of no loaner or rental (Ford allows $60 for a FORD rental only, local rental company charges $95 per day) Opened a claim #CXH01749862. D&D Motors has had this truck over a month to fix it and it still is not right. The onus should no longer be on my shoulders to pay for alternate transportation.
