TSB Document:
Affected Component: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
- Summary
- This article supersedes TSB 23-2240 to to add labor operation H and correct parts list. Some 2021-2023 F-150 vehicles may exhibit a no crank/no start with a battery draw and air conditioning (A/C) clutch engaged at all times. This may be due to an opened diode in the A/C clutch field coil damaging the output driver (field effect transistor YFET) in the body control module C (BCMC). To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to replace the BCMC and A/C clutch field coil assembly.
