Some 2021 F-150 vehicles equipped with a 3.0L diesel engine and an 8 inch instrument panel cluster (IPC) display (minor feature code HKRAC, found by double-clicking the top left vehicle identification number (VIN) in OASIS) may exhibit an oil change minder feature that stays at 100% and does not decrease in the IPC. This may be due to the software level of the IPC. To correct this condition, follow the Service Procedure to update the APIM to the latest software level via a coordinated flash.
